  Absoultely love the team at creative garden. My children love going everyday and have learnt so much while being here. Always welcomed with big smiles and staff who really care for the children and always go above and beyond. Cannot rate it enough!

  A big thing for me was to have my daughter play in the dirt as well as play in a relatable learning environment. My daughter loves going and she always has stories to tell me about her day's. Sharmainn and her team always make sure my daughter's needs are met, so I highly recommend you take a look at their centre.

  Great childcare. They will listen to your concerns and take action. Friendly and approachable staff with a greeting and a smile to welcome you. Great outdoor space and my child has learned a lot with his amazing educators in the centre! Kudos!

  I can not rate this centre more highly. All of the educators at this service are outstanding. I really like that they have the same 4 educators on a rotation of open and close. This has made it easy for myself and my children to transition in each and every morning. Tahlia and Tayla either open or close together along with Sharmainn and Alyssa. All four of these educators are the perfect fit for this position they are always so happy and bubbly in the mornings and evening when they greet us. Mark is an incredible educator and my children along with alot of other children gravitate towards him every day. As soon as he starts work it makes my day easier. Savanna and Kate are in currently in the office and are always so friendly and happy to help our wherever they can. Savanna and Kate make understanding our payments and account easy and are so flexible when we need extra days or needing to swap them. One thing i have noticed at this centre is that they are continuously trying to improve for us, they recently created a parent section where they purchased a coffee machine for us busy parents to make ourselves a coffee on our way out, sometimes it is a little difficult getting the children and ourselves ready and dropped at childcare before we start work in the morning and i don't get time to make my morning coffee so this has helped me in ways you cant imagine. Lisa their cook must do something incredible because my children love her cooking, they sure don't enjoy mine! but it does always smell delirious in the centre the few times i have come in around lunch time. I feel so comfortable and confident leaving my children with these educators because i know that all the educators care about my children and support their needs. My favourite thing about Creative Garden is that they use a system called Kindy Hub which allows me to see pictures and daily journals about their day every day, it makes me feel like i haven't missed out of those crucial moments in their development. It is great getting to see the Educators engaging with the children in the images. they all love what they do and it shows in every picture. I also love that Louisa proactively seeks opportunities to take the children on community walks and to the library. The Infant room purchased 4 seater prams to be able to take the babies on community walks also. This centre is perfect! my children absolutely love attending the childcare centre and begged me to go more often. I now send them 4 days a week because they love it so much. Creative Garden and their staff are definitely worth a minimum of 5 stars

  Both my daughter's have been going to creative garden north lakes since it opened. And they have been a wonder with both my girls chairman is in the 3-6s room and my daughter Kaylee has formed a great bond with her, while in kindy she is with Louisa learning her numbers and letters with the help of the jolly phonics. my youngest daughter Evaa is in the under twos room and i have watched how all the staff especially taylor and mark have made her transition from home to daycare so much easier. In the kitchen they have an ex army chef Lisa, so you lnow the meals arpe going to be healthy and packed with flavour. While if i need anything to do with paying my bills or ask a general question I talk to Thalia and savanna who are always friendly and willing to help. Plus all the different things they have in place like the make it with mummy afternoon tea coming up on the 14th. Or just recently the parents nook that has a coffee machine and is so easy to use. Every one is pretty great here and have even helped me feel like a more confident mother. Rebekah. Dermody
