Flexible – to ensure that the service caters for a range of care and education needs ofchildren in Richmond and recognise the special needs of the community;

Network developing – to ensure that the service assists in developing supportive arrangements and friendships between local families and in promoting co-operation between other local services.

To provide a standard of care which is conducive to all individual children’s developmental needs.

To make representations and recommendations to government and non-government bodies on any matters which may affect the operation of the Centre.

To operate the Centre not for commercial gain but for the wellbeing of the children and the families using the Centre
