In 2003, Director, Satinder Randall also commenced operations of Little League In Home Care. Little League In Home Care has successfully worked with many families throughout Melbourne that need that extra hand in the home.

Satinder has 20 years of experience in childcare, including 15 years in childcare centre management. Satinder holds a diplomas in Early Childhood Education and Primary School Education. She completed the diploma with high distinction in developing programmes, she takes an active part in the development of the children's programmes together with her staff. Satinder provides a very high standard of professional childcare and she encourages the same dedication from her staff.

In 2012 the decision was made to move away from long day care and focus on primarily on the upcoming field of in home child care.
