Tweed Heads Community Preschool operates as a non-profit organisation and receives financial income from the NSW State government (Community Services) funding, parent fees, fundraising and social functions.

All families attending the service are asked to pay fees. Fees are calculated on the combined income of the family.  Fees are due within the first three weeks of  term, and payment by instalment can be arranged but must be paid two weeks in advance at all times.

Two weeks notice is to be given in the event a child is leaving, otherwise two weeks of fees will be retained.
